- 1004MC Calculation - Performs the calculations for the FNMA Form 1004MC. Users "paste" their MLS search results into an input page, then the calculations are performed and displayed. - Multi-Family Apartment Building Statistics - A database of multi-family properties in the Chicago area and suburbs. Users enter their search criteria, and based upon the results, statistics are displayed indicating individual expenses items. Other indicators are displayed such as cap rate, expense ratio, vacancy rate, and GIM. Future enhancements include equity dividend rate statistics, rent statistics, and a user/appraiser-assisted automated valuation module. - Geocode functions - Find the latitude and longitude of a property by entering the property address. Find the distance in miles between two locations by entering their addresses.
