ASK - SPECIAL PURPOSE PROPERTY REFERRAL DATABASE

Welcome to ASK. ASK is a referral service for real estate professionals to aid in the valuation of Special Purpose Properties. The primary function is to match those seeking property information with those that have information and experience with a special purpose property.

-- What You Get -- Searches may be performed for whole words, parts of words, or phrases. You may also select to search by Category, or by Date, or by Description, or by all three. After clicking "Search", the results are presented. You then may "check" which ones you desire the referral information. Your selected results are then re-displayed with their referral contact information.

FIRST TIME USERS

Please complete the Registration Form .
Upon registration you will receive your registration number through email within 2-3 days. You will need to supply your registration number to search for referrals or to be listed as a referral.

REGISTERED USERS

-- NEW FEATURE -- Search and receive referral information "instantly".
The Validation & Referral Search validates your Registration Number and email address, accepts your subject property category and description, then allows access to the referral database. Your access to the database allows you to perform searches and receive the results "immediately" via the Web, thereby replacing requesting and receiving referrals by email.

-- IMPORTANT -- Whenever you have a specific subject property, please select the most appropriate Category and give an adequate Description in their respective fields on the Validation Form. This information is then placed in the database and made available for future searches.

This referral service currently is free, however, suppliers of data and information are at liberty to share, exchange, or charge for their information.

Deadbeats (a list of delinquent accounts for uncollected appraisal fees will be posted as a credit checking vehicle and to put deadbeats "on notice")
